We have owned one of these for about a year now and have had only 1 problem with it. One of the keyboard keys unexpectedly broke off, but this was covered by the warranty. They sent us an entirely new keyboard in the mail within days. They make you replace the keyboard yourself, so it may require a little Googling for some. Aside from that (which in my mind was very minor) it’s been a solid machine.
