To my disappointment, pictures were blurry even if I try different settings. I returned it as soon as possible. Very disappointed with this product. My old Casio Exilim took better pictures than this one. Of all the items I have bought from Amazon.com, this is the only one that had greatly dismayed me. I sent it to Samsung's authorized warranty service center. They promised to ship it in 5 business days. After 4 weeks, I called, and was told the camera couldn't be repaired and they would ship a new camera in 7 to 14 days. After 2 months, they still haven't shipped anything and their customer service department is no help. They can only e-mail the "exchange dept." to remind them to ship the replacement.
